Spiritual insight is founded on the realization that there is depth to life.
We all have those moments, occasionally,
when we touch something deeper.
It is important to recognize this depth and seek it out.
Some things make us click.
Look out for them.
Stay with them.
Use them to connect with life.
Moments of depth and connection are our greatest teacher in this life.
Whereas spiritual insight is of primary importance,
the intellect has a secondary role in spiritual practice.
However, it is still very useful.
Nowadays, the intellect is extremely dominant,
and our rational minds run intensely and continuously.
Often we cannot step out of our minds.
This intensifies our compulsions and clouds our perception.
On the other hand, our intellects are very trained and powerful,
which has led to a widespread understanding of the psychological process.
The intellect has tremendous organizing capabilities.
And spirituality can get very complicated.
With this in sight, we incorporate the intellect into the spiritual process.
In a way, this is nothing new.
There is hardly any spiritual tradition that does not utilize the intellect.
However, the rigor and breadth of our approach is quite unusual.

why spirituality
As humans, spirituality is our natural process.
Survival is only a part of this process.
Our aim is for our mind to be clear, our emotions unclattered,
our sense-of-self light,
and our life blissful and fulfilling.
These are stable and long-lasting effects.
Steadiness is key; our connection to life and our purpose are reshaped.
Restlessness or paralyzing indecisiveness dissipate.
There is a sense of alignment instead.
